Electronic security "Be Calm"
"Be calm" installation reacts to the signals from your object protection system. This service is for protection of premises, territories and other objects using minimal resources. Object protection system is connected to the Central Monitoring Post (CMP) of "Ekskomisarų biuras" operating 24 hours a day. Upon activation of signaling means of the CMP, a rapid response team (RRT) shall immediately arrive and in case of threats to dwelling or property, eliminate such threats and detain suspected persons. Our services are covered by insurance so using "Be calm" service you will be protected against any unexpectedness.
- Central Monitoring Post
Central Monitoring Post is operated 24 hours in a day, and experienced operators implement important functions receiving signals and coordinating RRT crews. All alarm signals are registered and information immediately communicated to the RRT crews in the territory of possible threat. Territories are divided in such a way that when it is necessary they are interchangeable and support each other. So in the case there are a few calls in the territory, the crews from the nearby territory can support them. In order to secure communication, we use double transmission channels. Voice information is transmitted by radio or GSM connection and sent to the GPS navigator installed in the RRT vehicle. Feedback is an element of communication, and if there is a call, the crew reports that it s accepted to the CMP. Thus reaction to the alarm signal is quick, coordinated and sufficient.
- Rapid Response Team
Crews of RRT patrol in the allocated territories. Each RRT vehicle is equipped with the modern GPS navigation systems allowing selection of the best rout to the object, and in addition the crews get particular information and instructions so not a second is wasted. RRT team comprises of high qualification security guards who undergo training with special attention to physical and psychological qualities. Vehicle fleet is regularly updated and perfect technical condition is maintained. Part of the feet are sport utility vehicles so objects are reached even the roads are almost impassable. Considering constant growing of the number of passengers, the vehicle fleet also grows and currently "Ekskomisarų Biuras" have more than 30 rapid response vehicles.
